What happens outside business hours?
Our packages include support during standard hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm). Emergency support can be arranged separately.
How quickly will I receive reviews?
Templates, policies, and contracts are reviewed within 5 days of submission.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No, all packages operate on a monthly rolling basis with 30 days’ notice to cancel.
What’s your cancellation policy?
If cancelled after checkout, a 25% administration fee applies to refunds.
